During this workshop we help leaders think about the design of their organisation or service and with the introduction of alternative future-focused models, facilitate thinking about how to design the organisation and the workforce for sustainability. We also hope to inspire you with innovative examples from around the globe, and the lessons learned from these new models. We also consider the role of technology in building efficiency into the design of the organisation/service.
This workshop introduces leaders to a better understanding of what makes the world so complex, gives an overview of the habits of systems leaders and explore the different roles leaders & their teams need to play in this ever-changing economic landscape.
In order to survive the complexity in the workplace, this workshop guides participants through ways to build up your personal resilience, but in the moment as well as longer-term, and introduce your self-care techniques that you can practice both in the workplace or at home. We are happy to weave in policies and procedures which highlight how your organisation cares about the well-being of its workforce.
