This is an overview course of numerous digital apps and solutions you can use to up your personal productivity when you need to work from various locations. 

With many meetings happening over Zoom (or other video call platforms), this course will help participants gain the confidence and skills they need to set up, plan and run effective virtual meetings.

Virtual Teams are not a new thing. Any organisation working from numerous locations or project teams made up of members from different organisations have always existed. What has changed are the choice of digital tools available to better communicate and collaborate virtually. This course will introduce you to well-known collaboration tools and guide participants through different ways of working and even gain productivity as a team. 

Working from home requires us to learn different strategies in order to stay well. This workshop helps participants reflect on helpful strategies and tools that can help them stay well when working from home.

Is your Leadership & Workforce Development budget being stretched? Are you struggling to keep up-to-date with what your colleagues or partners are doing? Are you finding it hard to bring people together to collaborate? Why not teach your leaders and workforce how to collaborate, share & learn online? This workshop teaches participants about how to use Social Media to collaborate, find great online learning resources and how to be more in control over your personal & professional influence. This can also be run as a 1-2-1 Personal Development coaching session.

In this workshop we guide leaders and/or their teams through interactive exercises which help to emphasise the importance of acting with emotional intelligence in the workplace in order to positively affect team dynamics & culture. We also introduce leaders and/or their teams to tools & methods which they can continue to refer to when back at work, but will also help in growing trust with others when working in partnership with other organisations.

In this workshop we teach leaders and their teams about the benefits & challenges of collaborating with others, explain the difference between continuous improvement & innovation & work with you to explore how to build the right environment for innovation. We take you through “the 4 Energies for Innovation” model, which is a useful reflection tool for any leader serious about wanting to unlock collaboration & innovation.

Does your Digital Strategy only cover Marketing activities? If so, this course is for you. Digital Strategy is much broader than Digital Marketing and needs to include investment in Change Management and Training to ensure technology is adopted and embedded into your daily operations, as well as around the Board table. 

The workshops above are only intended as examples of the skills & knowledge we can help you with. We pride ourselves on building bespoke training and are able to build any sessions drawing on any of these topics and many others.
