Heidi is a highly-skilled and confident Organisational Development & Change Management Consultant with an extensive background supporting the Health, Social Care & Third Sector organisations. She has an insatiable passion for technology and the benefits it can bring in designing more inclusive work environments, the delivery of more person-centred services, not to mention greener ways of working.
Throughout many years of consultancy work, Heidi has helped leaders identify the invisible elements that drive organisational cultures and behaviours around the use of technology, and continues to help leaders reflect on ways to achieve better and more inclusive services with the help of technology.
Dinah is a dynamic and entrepreneurial Training Consultant with over 30 experience. Her passion for all things technology has come from her own experience of living with a disability and running her own business. Technology has helped remove significant barriers throughout her daily and working life, benefits she knows can open up opportunities for many others, from reducing loneliness to finding purpose.
Dinah encourages people to be brave and has a way to bring out the best in people. Her positive outlook and meticulously organisation skills are infectious, providing re-assurance, clarity and focus most appreciated by course participants.
