HEIDI DE WOLF - Director of Leadership Development & Innovation

With a strong background in applied Behavioural & Social Sciences in the workplace and more than 15 years’ experience in Learning & Organisational Development supporting the Health & Social Care sector, Heidi is a highly-skilled and confident leadership consultant and learning facilitator.

Heidi has an insatiable curiosity for a wide range of subjects, a real skill for activity-based research and she can spot new connections, opportunities & ideas not always visible to others. These creative abilities & characteristics have become the focus of ongoing research into what makes some individuals, teams and organisations more resilient & better at co-creation & innovation than others, and has led to the development of unique tools & models.

Throughout her consultancy work, Heidi helps leaders identify the invisible elements that drive these organisational, workforce and community behaviours and cultures, and help leaders reflect on ways to achieve long-term resilience, value & impact.
